The distributed biography project aims to redefine a biography in terms of perception. Individual memories may be shaped, filtered, or idealized by our own experiences, and may complement or conflict one another. By capturing many viewpoints, the project can create a more complete picture of the individual; each contribution not only adds to the texture of the biography, but also enriches the experiences of the contributors.
